Sure, there are differences in engineering tolerances and technical ranges and the latest technology. But Ansel Adams didn\u2019t have today\u2019s latest gadget. He had know-how, and practice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/automaticcamera.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"blank\">Dan Dyer<\/a> makes some good points, but I would argue that a person with a point and shoot will never be able to take a shot like this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"7 Hearts by norbography, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/norbography\/2713629174\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3276\/2713629174_1d08d6e045.jpg\" alt=\"7 Hearts\" width=\"333\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yes, a composition like that you could achieve with a point and shot, but I doubt you can get a narrow depth of field like that.
